South Korea Day 4

 

Today we went to see the statue of King Seojun, following was the entrance of the National Museum of Korean Contemporary History. Korea was the entrance to Japan, China, Russia. In order to be successful, Koreans went to Japanese schools. The museum talked about history, but also modern inventions of the time, like cars, magazines, dishes, and pop culture. The museum discussed all the way up to the time of groups like BTS. Inside, BTS has left a time capsule opening in 2039.
